Daily Rate Terms and Condititions
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
- Rates are based on Single / Double occupancy. A third adult or a child over 10 years old will require an extra bed.
- Rates are inclusive of all utilities, daily cleaning service, and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the stay.
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. and check-out time is 12.00noon.
We can offer early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

- Rates are for 30 nights. For months with 28 or 31 nights, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
- Rates are inclusive of all utilities, daily cleaning service, and 2 times a week linen change.
- Rates are exclusive of breakfast. Daily Breakfast - THB 120/person. 30 Days Breakfast - THB 3000/person.
